Home prices are usually in the $175,000-$450,000 range.

Waterstone was developed in the early to mid 2000’s primarily with two story single family homes.

The homes sizes typically have a heated living space of 1500-2500 square feet, with 3-4 bedrooms and a one or two car attached garage.  

Home prices are in the $150,000-$250,000 range-give or take.

There is also a section of lovely 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhomes with prices ranging from $100K-$150K.

Waterstone has a good feel to it, with nice mature lots averaging a quarter of an acre; tree lined lighted streets and sidewalks.  

For those of you that like amenities, Waterstone
has a community swimming pool, children’s playground and a cabana.

Its convenient location is less than ten minutes
from the YMCA, parks and nearby Lake Wylie.

minutes away. For your daily needs (groceries,
banks, gas and the like) all can be found within
